HI! MY NAME IS HAYLEY AND I’M HERE TO HELP YOU FIND THE CONFIDENCE YOU NEED TO FEEL AMAZING IN YOUR BODY!
I founded The Booty Kit LTD in 2022 with a specific vision to empower as many women as I could, to achieve the results they wanted, without compromising their health or wellness in the process.
I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry with extensive experience specialising in women’s health, strength & conditioning.
I am also a mother of three, and a woman who has had cellulite for as long as I can remember. Whilst it is important to accept that it is a natural part of being a woman, personally I would reduce it given the option. This may come across as vain as it is a purely aesthetic based standpoint, but most women would agree with me there, and there should be no shame held in that as how you feel about yourself is valid and important.
However, as a coach, function always trumps aesthetics always. I mean, ALWAYS!
The beautiful thing about The Booty Kit, is that while it may come across as a kit to improve your aesthetics, it is truly improving the overall health and function of your glutes, pelvic floor, deep core and body. A reduction in cellulite and a more toned behind is merely a welcomed by-product of this.
Each item in The Booty Kit has been tried and tested, individually chosen based on health benefits and results, and can be easily incorporated into your weekly schedule. Cutting out the noise from all the things that don’t work, so you can focus on doing the things that will.
After working with hundreds of women over the years, and being one myself, there was one common goal among the masses; To get and maintain a better booty, tone the thighs and flatten the stomach!
My main goal as a coach for women is always to work towards optimal function and health, and that starts with improving pelvic floor, core and glute function.
Here I have created a win/win method that will achieve both!

Strong glutes provide support for the pelvic floor. Helping fight the forces of gravity from above the hips, so your pelvic floor doesn’t need to work so hard.
